ek9 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ek9 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ek9 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use ek9's services.
To register and use the ek9 platform, users must:
- Are at least 18 years of age;
- Are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement;
- Are not prohibited from using online gambling services under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence;
- Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
Ek9 reserves the right to reject any registration application or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the above eligibility requirements or who provides false information during registration.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the ek9 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. During registration, users must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. ek9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
Password & Login Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the ek9 support team immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from: using any automated software, bots, or other tools to access the platform; sharing their account with others; engaging in any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform; or attempting to exploit any bugs or system vulnerabilities. Violations may result in immediate account closure.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the ek9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank Transfer, and DuitNow QR. ek9 does not accept payments in foreign currencies and will not cover any currency conversion fees that may be charged by third parties.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
The minimum deposit is RM 5.00. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. ek9 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals until identity verification is complete. Withdrawal processing times range from 1–5 business days depending on account tier and chosen payment method.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
Any bonuses, promotions, or free credits awarded to a user's account are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each offer. Users are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before accepting any bonus. ek9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
4. Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Ek9 Liability Limits
Ek9 is not liable for any financial loss, loss of opportunity, or indirect damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, transaction delays, or third-party actions. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and ek9 makes no guarantee that the service will always be error-free or available without interruption.
In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction or account balance, ek9's system records shall be considered conclusive evidence unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, trade names, software, and visual elements on the ek9 platform are the exclusive property of ek9 and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of these elements without prior written consent from ek9.
Third-Party Links
The ek9 platform may contain references or links to third-party websites or services. ek9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users access external links at their own risk.
5. Account Policy & Closure
Account Suspension & Closure
Ek9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if:
- The user violates any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
- The user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation;
- The user owns or is involved in managing multiple accounts;
- Ek9 is required to do so by applicable law or a relevant authority;
- User abuses bonuses or promotions through unfair methods.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, ek9 reserves the right to retain the balance held in that account. Users whose accounts are closed for other valid reasons will receive any eligible balance after all reviews have been completed.
Account Closure by User
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the ek9 support team via email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days after all pending transactions have been settled.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Ek9 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. Continued use of the ek9 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Users are encouraged to check this page regularly to stay informed of the latest version of the terms. If you do not agree with any changes made, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the ek9 platform or these Terms & Conditions shall first be resolved through voluntary negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate resolution mechanism under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. ek9's failure to enforce any right under these terms at any given time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
